Classes start 10 minutes after the posted time, so please arrive promptly. Guests arriving 25 minutes or more late will be denied entry and will not receive a refund or transfer. We understand that emergencies or illnesses may arise. However, because fresh ingredients and customized supplies are prepared days in advance, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable & non-transferable — no exceptions. If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend to use on the scheduled class date.
