Classes begin 10 minutes after the posted start time, so please arrive promptly. Guests arriving 25 minutes or more late will be denied entry and will not receive a refund or transfer.
We understand that emergencies and illnesses happen. However, because fresh ingredients and customized supplies are prepared days in advance, all ticket sales are final and non refundable and non transferable with no exceptions.
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend to use on the scheduled class date.
